Wastewater Programs Built on Proprietary Chemistry.
When off-the-shelf coagulants and flocculants under-perform on your matrix, we don't ship a different vendor's product — we formulate one. Metal removal, liquid-solid separation, DAF, cross-flow filtration, color removal, and specialized industrial chemistries. Designed around your permit and your discharge.
Five Wastewater Disciplines Under One Roof
Programs that share our proprietary chemistries — designed for industrial discharge, water reuse, and pretreatment compliance.
Metal Removal
Precipitation and stabilization for lead, copper, zinc, nickel, cadmium, chromium, iron, aluminum. Proprietary stabilizers like LWT-9450 perform on matrices where standard hydroxide precipitation falls short.
Metal removal →Liquid-Solid Separation
Coagulant and flocculant programs for clarifiers, DAF, batch systems, and cross-flow filtration. Chemistry calibrated to TSS load, oil content, and target effluent.
Liquid-solid →Specialized Technologies
Color removal, dye/ink removal, oily wastewater treatment, RO antiscalants, custom blends. The "we don't have a standard product for that" cases.
Specialized →Discharge Compliance
Pretreatment (industrial user) and direct discharge permit support. Sampling assistance, chemistry documentation, and permit-renewal support.
Water Reuse & ZLD
Recovery system design and chemistry for water reuse, zero liquid discharge, and closed-loop manufacturing applications.
Talk to a consultant →Equipment & Systems
partnership — complete wastewater treatment system design and installation when chemistry alone won't solve it.

Off-the-shelf doesn't fit every wastewater.
Industrial wastewater isn't municipal wastewater. Plating rinses, paint booth water, refinery process water, food-and-beverage CIP discharge, machining coolants — every one has its own matrix, its own metals, its own organic load. Generic coagulants and flocculants under-perform when the chemistry doesn't match the matrix.
We've spent three decades developing in-house formulations for the discharge problems that off-the-shelf can't solve. LWT-9450 metal stabilization. Custom polymer blends for high-oil emulsions. Specialty coagulants for color and dye matrices. When a competitor walks away saying "you'll need a different system" — we look at the chemistry first.
Wastewater FAQ
Does Lone Wolf manufacture its own wastewater chemicals?
Yes. We formulate proprietary coagulants, flocculants, metal precipitants, and specialized chemistries in-house. The LWT-9450 metal stabilizer is one of several proprietary products developed for industrial wastewater applications where off-the-shelf chemistry under-performs.
What metals can be removed from industrial wastewater?
Standard targets include lead, copper, zinc, nickel, cadmium, chromium (both trivalent and hexavalent with reduction step), iron, and aluminum. Programs are designed around your specific discharge limits and the matrix the metals are coming from.
Do you handle DAF and cross-flow filtration systems?
Yes. We design coagulant and flocculant programs for dissolved air flotation, batch systems, and cross-flow membrane filtration. Chemistry choice depends on TSS load, oil content, and target effluent quality.
Can Lone Wolf help with discharge compliance?
Yes — both pretreatment (industrial user) and direct discharge permits. We help build the chemistry program around your permit limits, provide sampling support, and document the treatment train for permit renewals.
What is zero liquid discharge?
ZLD is a treatment train designed to recover and recycle 100% of process water — leaving only dry solids for disposal. We help evaluate ZLD feasibility for your operation and design the chemistry program around the recovery system.
Bring Us the Hard Discharges.
The wastewater calls we like most are the ones that start with "we've already tried three vendors." We come on-site, look at the matrix, sample the streams, talk through your permit, and write up an honest assessment — including the cases where we'd recommend a system change instead of a chemistry change.
