Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What services does Lone Wolf offer?

Water treatment programs (cooling towers, boilers, closed loops, reverse osmosis), industrial wastewater treatment, equipment design and installation, consulting engagements (audits, feasibility studies, second opinions), operator training, and 24/7 emergency service. Every account gets a dedicated rep — the same person on every visit.

Is there a minimum engagement size?

No hard minimum. Programs are sized to the system, not to a revenue floor. Small facilities with a single cooling tower are served the same way as multi-system industrial sites — service cadence, chemistry, and reporting scale with the operational load, not with contract size.

What is included in the initial site evaluation?

Walk-through of your cooling towers, boilers, or wastewater systems; baseline water sampling; a review of your current chemistry and service records; and a written report identifying gaps, risks, and recommended program changes. Free and no obligation — this is how we scope proposals, not a sales visit disguised as a survey.

What does a service visit include?

On-site chemistry testing (conductivity, pH, hardness, alkalinity, inhibitor residuals, biocide levels, ATP where applicable), inhibitor and biocide adjustments, equipment inspection, sample-station and controller verification, and a written service report with the day's readings, actions taken, and recommendations. Left with the operator, emailed to management.
